Print this mail order or store the ID number to pick up the tickets at our Box Office.
Collect your tickets the night of the show: from 7.00pm to 8.30pm (First Show), and from 9.30pm to 10.30/11.00pm (Second Set).
The price of the ticket entitles entry and seat and do not include any food or beverage, unless otherwise indicated.
Except for Club or Platinum Members, the tables are assigned in order of arrival.
For shows starting at 8.30pm, doors open at 7pm; For shows starting at 10.30pm or 11pm, doors open at 10.15pm, depending on the outflow of the previous show.
If you want to choose your preferred seat and enjoy dinner and artists performance at the very best, we recommend you to come in well in advance: 7.15pm is recommended timing for shows starting at 8.30pm.
Tickets are valid for one show only, and cannot be refunded or changed for different shows, exept in case of cancellation.
It is not allowed to film, photograph or record the shows, bring food or drinks or access the club with animals.
If you are a Club Member, please remember to always make your reservation in advance and not later than 5pm on the day of the show. Table reservation is valid for dinner at the table and up to 20 minutes before the show schedule time. After this time, we reserve the right to assign the table to other customers who might request it.
Please note that we might need to communicate you a change in your table reservation, which will in any case mantain the number of reserved seats and, as much as possible, the area you selected.
