Un progetto speciale che vede la partecipazione del celebre violoncellista e compositore Giovanni Sollima (Claudio Abbado, Giuseppe Sinopoli, Martha Argerich), del sassofonista e compositore Pietro Tonolo (Chet Baker, Lee Konitz, Gil Evans, Paul Motian), del pianista/compositore e arrangiatore italo-argentino Pancho Ragonese (Stefano DiBattista, John Patitucci, Linley Marthe) e dell’ ideatore del progetto, il batterista e compositore Giovanni Giorgi (Luis Bacalov, Katia & Marielle Labeque, Delfeayo Marsalis, John Patitucci, Viktoria Mullova, Sarah Jane Morris, Carl Anderson).
Il programma prevede musiche originali di grande impatto emotivo.
Le origini dei musicisti coinvolti generano nella musica un “mosaico sonoro” fatto di culture e paesaggi. Durante il concerto si respira l’odore della terra, ci si riempie gli occhi di mare blu e di scogliere al sole, si corre nel verde, ci si ferma a pensare, si vive un’esperienza catartica, totalizzante, sinestetica.
