Antonio Faraò has realized his potential and established himself as one of most respected jazz pianist. His new album “ Boundaries ” is coming out in July 2015 with the label Verve Italy (Universal). ! Faraò has a wealth of experience in jazz, beginning as a youngster in his native Italy and developing through a career that extends over 30 years. He collaborated with Joe Lovano, Miroslav Vitous, Jack DeJohnette, Chris Potter, Bob Berg, Jeff Tain Watts, Didier Lockwood, Billy Cobham, Christian Mc Bride, Lee Konitz, and many more… ! He is not a pianist like the others: his manner to play is very personal, expressive and involving, he’s able to maintain alive the attention of the listeners capturing them with the fluidity of the phrasing, with the lightness of the touch and with his virtuosity never ended in itself, but which becomes a means to create improvisations full of fantasy and dynamism.
