Emma Smith returns to Blue Note Milano!

After a triumphant sellout debut last year at Blue Note Milano, Emma Smith returns with another exhilarating live show. Following the overwhelming response to her previous appearance, audiences are strongly encouraged not to miss this return engagement.

Emma Smith is quickly becoming one of the most talked-about new voices in jazz. Performing everywhere from the Royal Albert Hall to some of the world’s leading jazz clubs, she has collaborated with artists such as Michael Bublé, the Quincy Jones Orchestra, Jeff Goldblum, Jeremy Pelt and the Wayne Escoffery Quintet.

Her expressive and magnetic stage presence continues to earn her a loyal international following. Emma’s career highlights include widespread success with The Puppini Sisters, her role as resident vocalist with Ronnie Scott’s All Stars, and guest appearances with the American supergroup Postmodern Jukebox.

She was named Jazz Act of the Year at the Jools Holland Boisdale Music Awards, and is one of only two singers ever to receive the prestigious Worshipful Company of Musicians Medal.

Raised in a family of jazz musicians, Emma was immersed in bebop, harmony, and trumpet and saxophone solos from an early age. Her greatest inspiration is her grandfather, a trombonist who played with Frank Sinatra, Barbra Streisand and Oscar Peterson.

She returns to Blue Note Milano with music from her acclaimed recent album Bitter Orange, a bold and personal portrait of a self-made artist, while also previewing new arrangements and premieres from her upcoming 2026 touring and recording projects
