General Conditions for Online Ticket Sales

Art 1.- Object of Service

The service has access to the titles of purchase, aside from the users, for the events specified.

Art. 2- Conditions and the formal procedure for cancellation and exchange of tickets.

 This contract is assigned according to D. Lgs. del 22.5.99 n.185(Italian Law)

The user can terminate the current contract 10 working days before the day in which the ticket is for.

In order to withdraw from the contract the request must be in writing, indicating the order number, to the Blue Note Milano Via Boriseri 37 or by email at info@bluenotemilano.com

Due to the nature of the law, a withdrawal of the ticket contract will not be accepted less than 10 days before the event.

Art. 3- Cancellation and/or Change of the date of the Event

The Blue Note reserves the right to cancel or change an event. In this case, information will be posted in a timely fashion allowing possible change of ticket. In case such an event is cancelled or changed Blue Note will change your tickets to an event of your choosing up to 3 months from the date of the cancelled or changed show.
